Career Progress Interest Profiler

When we are interested in something, we are motivated to become more knowledgeable or skilful in that area. So, choosing a career direction in an area that you are interested in makes good sense.

A person’s best suited career could be in an area they’ve never considered.

But how do you, a young person, find such options?

Creating a profile of your career interests is a good start in the process of choosing a career path. It won't choose your path for you, but it should draw your attention to some realistic possibilities, many of which you may never have considered before.

The Career Progress Interest Profiler is designed to help you discover your career interests, and then compares your results with those of thousands of others in hundreds of occupations. People with similar profiles often follow similar career paths, so it's a good place to start, and often a good opportunity to re-affirm your thoughts.

Which career pathway is right for you?

Answer the statements quickly - there are no wrong or right choices. It's therefore best to choose the option that first comes to mind.
