- Professional Inventory – Predict job performance and culture fit by assessing personality traits and values
What is the Professional Inventory Assessment?
Two people with the same personality traits may act differently according to their value systems. And a clash between personal and job or organisational values often lead to disillusionment in the role or with the organisation, decrease in job satisfaction, disengagement and turn-over. On the contrary, alignment between the person and the organizational values is a boost in terms of job performance, learning and development, job satisfaction and loyalty.
Eight personality traits to look at the habits that influence someone’s behaviour: sociability, responsibility, cautiousness, stress resistance, vigor, original thinking, personal relations, and dominance.
Six interpersonal values to identify what drives someone in terms of interactions with others: support, recognition, benevolence, independence, conformity, and power.
Six personal values to explore someone’s drivers in terms of ways of working and professional activities: variety, orderliness, achievement, conviction, materialism, and goal orientation.
Valid and reliable, the Professional Inventory enables you to get results quickly, and the two contrasting statement question format makes it difficult for candidates to fake responses. Multiple reports are available, such as a basic profile report, sales report, manager report, customer service report and a candidate feedback report.

- Learning Style Questionnaire – Measure an individual’s preferred style of learning with the classic Learning Styles Questionnaire.
The reason we focus on learning is because it is the basis for change and development for individuals and organisations. The ability to learn is one of the most important skills an individual is ever likely to acquire. We are often confronted with new experiences and situations that provide learning opportunities. We wrongly assume that by adulthood we have learned all there is to know about learning.
Learning is a continuous process that occurs every day of our lives from formal learning (for example education at school, college or university) to informal learning (for example learning to use a smart phone). This learning results in the development of new skills and knowledge.
People learn in different ways – by reading a book, trying a new activity or trial and error. As we keep learning throughout our lives, we develop preferences for a ‘style’ of learning.
There are four key learning styles: Activists (hands on, trial and error method), Reflectors (plans ahead, methodical and thorough), Theorists (see overall picture, logical and objective) and Pragmatists (quick to act, practical and realistic)
